Luis Andrade currently leads the Latin American Financial Sector Practice of McKinsey & Co. He has been a Director of the Firm since 1999. He joined McKinsey in 1986 in the New York Office, and was part of the founding team of the Sao Paulo and Bogota Offices. He has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton), and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. He is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
