Jose I. Robledo returned to Estrategias Corporativas S.A., one of the leading investment banking boutiques in Colombia, in 2003 to develop a real estate platform comprised of three business units: Asset Management, Development and Corporate Real Estate Services.
In Asset Management Jose I. Robledo structured and launched the first Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) in Colombia, a vehicle listed in the Colombian Stock Exchange which has raised US$150 MM from institutional investors.
He also led the creation of Terranum S.A., a real estate development company in partnership with the Santo Domingo Family for the development of large scale mixed-use projects.
Jose I. Robledo was also responsible for the acquisition of Raiz S.A., the leading integrated real estate services company in Colombia, managing a portfolio of over 1,500 assets with over four million square meters throughout Colombia.
He has a Master’s in Financial Engineering from the Princeton University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes,
